If you would like to contribute, please register on the site, it's FREE, and join the discussion! Today, I'd like to start with some helpful hints when selling your horse. 1. Take good conformation photos. a. Bathe your horse b. Trim your horses ears, muzzle, and legs. c. Pull the mane, trim the tail. d. Pick an appropriate setting with a plain background so your horse will stand out in the photo, not the other way around. e. Know your horse's best attributes and position him so that they are most visible. f. Take your time, a bad photo will leave potential buyers uninterested. 2. Take a good video, but keep it short. Three minutes is sufficient to show the walk, trot, canter, both directions. If you horse does its changes, you should include them in the video. If your horse jumps, include a course of jumps at the height you are marketing your h
